Melissa Dianna (2)Nik, AKA The Breadest is the author and baker behind the posts! He has 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, specializing in positions that range from chef, baker, to manager in the hospitality, food, and beverage industry.

He has his Professional Cook certificate and loves the science behind baking. Having experience in a corporate background has helped him understand and value the importance of repeatable results!


When we refer to “us”, we are referring to first Nik, whom you know and love as your bread guy and his girlfriend Melissa.

Melissa, does the behind the scene work, including and not limited to website up keep, photography, graphic creator and general blog “manager” duties.

This means, she bosses Nik around for post theme’s and ideas while keeping a general posting schedule and time line on Nik’s agenda.

She is the primary taste tester.


We are here to deliver, repeatable results (bread candor and humour)!

At Yeast of All, we strive to empower and inspire bakers everywhere to become apart of the #uprising movement and make your own bread! Support the industry, and support local bakers,  more importantly get rid of unnecessary processed ingredients found in mass produced breads today!
